Delivering Translated training to a global audience

A well-known consumer brand needed to translate its mandatory cybersecurity training into 25 languages. The training targeted two different groups—corporate employees and store employees—with custom content for each.

However, their previous translation vendor caused major frustrations. Deadlines were missed. Communication was slow. And the AI-based translation tool delivered low-quality results.The brand needed a partner who could ensure accurate, regionally relevant translations and deliver a smoother experience for global learners.

The Solution

MindSpring streamlined translation and localization with a custom language launcher that improved usability and cut complexity. We provided full-service translation, alignment, and localization for two 30-minute training modules—one for corporate employees, one for store teams.

To reduce complexity, we introduced a key innovation: a language launcher. This tool allowed learners to select their language at the start of training. It eliminated the need to create and manage 52 separate SCORM files.

Corporate and store employees received distinct, role-specific training. This was done without duplicating files or workflows.

The Results

As a result of the new approach, the training launched ahead of schedule and reached global teams without delays or technical issues. Employees responded positively to the language launcher, reporting a smoother, more accessible learning experience. Internally, the client saved significant time by managing just one SCORM file—reducing effort and improving scalability.
